2 Months

I can't believe it's been two months already. Leah is a beautiful angel that I feel blessed and honored to be able to call my daughter. She had her two month check up at the doctor's office yesterday. All is great. We have a healthy girl.

Weight - 13 lbs. (90%)

Height - 23 3/4 inches (90%)

Head - 40 cm (80%)

Cole just loves his "baby Leah". I wonder if she'll always be "baby" to him? All I know is that I could not ask for more. These two kids are the most amazing gift from God (besides the gift of HIS son; salvation). I can't wait to see what He has in store for them.....and me.

Firsts

Cole still loves being "Big Brother" most of the time. I'll ask him every now and then if he wants to keep his sister or send her back and he always says he wants to keep her. I figure this is a good sign. He continues to want to kiss her which I also think is a good thing. Leah smiles every time she sees Cole. I think she loves her big brother too. I know these two are going to be inseparable when they grow up.

Here I'm trying to catch her smiling. Of course she smiles so much bigger when I don't have my camera in hand. (She's two months in the cupcake picture.)

I just love her big blue eyes. She's beautiful to me.

I'm so blessed to have these two kiddos. Cole is just the most handsome little boy I've ever seen. How did I get so lucky? God is good. All the time.


Leah took her nap for the first time in her crib yesterday. I think she liked it. She is still sleeping in the swing in our room at night. She has given us the gift of three nights in a row of 6-8 hours straight. Yay! She's growing up so fast........they both are.
