Two Babies

I finally feel up to having Cole climb into my lap after having the c-section and he gets so excited. I do too if the truth is to be told. When he sits with Leah in my lap he says, "Mommy, two babies!" (giggle, giggle) I say, "Yes, I LOVE my two babies!" He really knows how to melt my heart.

I allowed Cole to hold Leah for the first time, the other day. He squealed with delight and his face filled with pride as he held out his arms and said, "Hold her?". He adores his baby sister and wants to hug, hold or kiss her at all times. It's quite sweet.

I just thought this picture was precious. Leah has stretched my heart and filled it with love.

Some more pictures of my Sweetheart (My second baby).

And now some cute pictures of my Sugar (my first baby).

I think every male has a "man cave"; well, here's Cole's.

These two babies are miracles and blessings in my life. Oh how I've been blessed!

Big Brother, Little Sister

Big Brother, Cole, was not allowed in the hospital (due to the swine flu risk) so he waited anxiously outside the building for his little sister to arrive.

Leah Patricia Boudreaux was born, November 4th, 7:47am. She weighed in at 8 lbs 13 oz and measured 20 inches long. She is so beautiful. A perfect little sister for Cole.

We all have waited for this day and are so in love with this little girl. I don't think there's a more proud Daddy than hers. (Love it!)

Cole finally got to meet Leah yesterday when he came home from a fun "Big Brother" weekend at Grammy and Pa's. He just adores her. All he wants to do is kiss her. So sweet. I now feel our family is complete.

There's a new sheriff in town...

Our little cowboy rode off into the sunset on Halloween to collect this town's candy tax.

All is fair when it comes to candy. First stop, home; where he knows they have the best treats.
Sheriff Cole and Deputy Daddy head off to the next house. Halloween was so much fun, we can't wait to do it again next year. (We have enough candy to last us until then too.)
